What this site is for

Our content is made for enjoyment and for gentle learning. It is not a substitute for professional advice of any kind, including medical, legal, therapeutic, or developmental support. If you need that sort of help, please speak to someone qualified to give it.

What belongs to us

Everything here belongs to Kibi's Corner Inc. That includes the Kibi character, all artwork, videos, music, writing, and downloadable materials, protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You are very welcome to print our free printables and use them at home, in a classroom, or in a care setting. Please do not resell them, republish them, host them on another website, or make new works from them without written permission.

Using the site kindly

Please use this site lawfully and with respect. Do not interfere with it or its systems, copy it in bulk, or try to take it apart.

Children

Parts of this site are made for children to look at and play in. Those parts collect no information whatsoever.

Anything that involves giving us information sits on a separate page written for adults. That includes the Kibi Club signup, the contact form, and the shop. A child should not sign up, send a message, or place an order. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. Our Privacy Policy has the full detail.

The Kibi Club

Our newsletter runs on beehiiv, and joining takes two steps. You will get one email asking you to confirm, and nothing further is sent until you do.

You can leave at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. We may change how often we write, or stop writing altogether.

Notes you send us

If you send a note to the Appreciation Wall, you are telling us it is true, that it is your own words, and that you are happy for us to share it.

You keep ownership of what you wrote. By ticking the permission box you give us license to publish it on this site and to quote it in our newsletter, using first names only. Nothing goes up without that box ticked.

Please write only about real people and real kindness, use first names, and leave out anything that would identify a child, a school, an address, or anyone's health. Do not send anything unkind, untrue, or that is not yours to share.

We read every note before it goes anywhere, and we may choose not to publish one, or edit it lightly for length or clarity. If you change your mind about a note you sent, write to support@kibiscorner.com and we will take it down.

Notes are for grown-ups to write. A child should not fill in the form.

Shop and orders

Our shop is not open yet. When it opens, orders will run through Shopify and physical items will be printed and posted by our fulfillment partner. Prices, delivery times, and return terms will be shown at checkout, and those terms will govern your order.

Links to other places

We link out to other sites and platforms, including YouTube and our social media accounts. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, their advertising, or how they handle your information. Once you leave our site, their rules apply.

Limits

Our content is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Kibi's Corner Inc. and the people behind Kibi's Corner are not liable for damages arising from your use of this site or our resources.

Which law applies

Kibi's Corner is an online business without a single operating location. Kibi's Corner Inc. is registered in Wyoming, and these terms are governed by Wyoming law, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Nothing here removes any right you hold under the consumer protection law of the country you live in.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top changes. Carrying on using the site after that means you accept the update.
